Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
3. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.
4. Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
7. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
1. 6 months to 1 year of experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in any field.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
6. Preferred Location - Madurai.
