Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Follow up with the clients

     once the sales team is involved.
  2. Developing a database of qualified leads

    through referrals, telephone canvassing, and internet mining.
  3. Helping the clients to 

    understand various product offerings

     and solutions available with business 

    HRStop.com

  4. Building and managing 

    strong relationships with customers

    .
  5. Selling our online HR/ Payroll software to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements over the phone, over the web or by email.
  6. Achieving sales targets

    through the acquisition of new clients.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Excellent communication skills in English/ Hindi, with a neutral accent. 
  2. Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes. 
  3. Good Analytics/ Sale Aptitude
  4. Should be customer oriented. 
  5. Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress, and while facing an irate customer and managing back to back calls
