Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Gold Loan Sales), located in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing leads. Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining and strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales targets for gold loans.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Business acumen and Communication skills
• Proven experience in Account Management
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
