  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Maintain strong client relationships with consistent follow-ups and personalized service, enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Inquiry Handling:

    Respond promptly to client inquiries, delivering professional communication to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with export regulations is advantageous.
