Business Development Executive

As part of our Business Development team, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our client base, developing meaningful relationships, and driving growth across the region. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to travel to meet clients and close deals.

• Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calls, networking, and outreach.
• Meet potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Deliver impactful product/service presentations and demos.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and principal groups) to ensure smooth execution.
• Track sales metrics and maintain detailed reports.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Travel as needed to expand regional business outreach.
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and value-driven conversations.

• MBA or B.Tech (any discipline)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• A go-getter attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in

  education, university, or corporate sales

  is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development
• Strong problem-solving skills and confident in handling objections
