Role Description

Leasing Executives & Business Development Executives

full-time, on-site role

You’ll be responsible for identifying leasing opportunities, building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth closures that support both property owners and brands.

• Generate leads and identify potential clients (brands & property owners) for commercial leasing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and corporate clients.
• Pitch leasing opportunities and negotiate terms to ensure win-win agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the leasing process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.
• Stay updated with Ahmedabad’s commercial real estate market trends.

• Experience:

  0–3 years in commercial leasing / business development / real estate (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Skills:

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

• Mindset:

  Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural networker with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
