About Happiest Health:

Happiest Health is an integrated wellness enterprise promoted by Ashok Soota. The business divisions of Happiest Health comprise Knowledge, Diagnostics, Healthcare Services and Wellness.

The Wellness business division offers comprehensive wellness solutions for corporate wellbeing through its Wellness Catalyst unit. All Happiest Health services are designed to proactively prevent illness and enhance wellness.

An Executive Business Development role at Happiest Health would focus on expanding B2B relationships, promoting holistic workplace wellbeing solutions, and driving organizational growth by leveraging their comprehensive suite of wellness services. Below is a detailed job description reflecting these requirements.

Core responsibilities

  • Engage, and nurture B2B clients for holistic workplace wellbeing solutions, including Employee assistance programs (EAP), Health checks (AHC), Runs & walkathons, Sports initiatives, Onsite health clinics, Leadership wellbeing plans, Online & onsite fitness classes, Health camps at office and Digital wellbeing.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that communicate the benefits and differentiation of Happiest Health offerings to HR leaders and organizational decision makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized wellbeing packages aligned with client requirements (office, remote, hybrid setups), ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by driving full sales cycles and consistently following up with potential business partners to closure.
  • Maintain and update monthly reports on client pipeline, engagement progress, and revenue generation for management review.
  • Build lasting relationships with client stakeholders and act as a brand ambassador for Happiest Health.

Required experience & skills

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in corporate wellness, health services, HR technology, or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of workplace wellness products and the ability to clearly articulate their value proposition in meetings and pitches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; confidence to engage HR leaders, and other decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple client conversations, and adapt sales approach to office, remote, and hybrid business models.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales reporting, and digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about contributing to happier, healthier workplaces.
