Job Role: The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth through consistent fieldwork. This role involves regular client visits, direct engagement, and a target-driven approach to achieve assigned sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective clients, present real estate projects, and explain their features and benefits. Identify and develop new business opportunities through fieldwork, referrals, cold calling, and networking. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and trust. Understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions. Organize and accompany clients on site visits and property tours. Follow up diligently with prospects and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. Consistently achieve sales and business development targets set by the company. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales data. Collaborate with the marketing and project teams on branding activities, campaigns, and client events. Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in sales, preferably in real estate. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Telugu. Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in the field. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Basic proficiency in computer usage. Additional Requirements: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory for field visits). Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per business needs.
