Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Sri Sneha Infra Developers, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth through fieldwork. Your responsibilities will include conducting client visits, presenting real estate projects, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work towards achieving assigned sales goals through a target-driven approach. Your key responsibilities will involve meeting prospective clients, explaining the features and benefits of real estate projects, developing new business opportunities through fieldwork, referrals, and networking. You will also focus on building long-term client relationships, understanding client needs, recommending suitable property solutions, organizing site visits, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Sales experience, preferably in real estate, is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Telugu are essential. A target-driven mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in the field are key attributes for success in this role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales data, and staying updated on real estate market trends are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory for field visits, and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays based on business needs is required.
