Job Location: Shivranjani, Satellite
Role & responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets for IT solutions (software development, managed services, cloud, etc.) and BPO services (customer support, back-office, KPO, etc.).
2. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to enter and expand in new regions.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.
4. Generate qualified leads through various channels email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, trade shows, and partnerships.
5. Engage with CXOs, procurement heads, and decision-makers to present service offerings and convert leads into clients.
6. Prepare business proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
7. Build long-term relationships with international clients and act as a trusted advisor.
8. Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of projects.
9. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
