Role Description: Business Development Executive – Film & Post-Production

This is a full-time

Business Development Executive

You’ll generate leads, build relationships with producers and agencies, and convert opportunities into confirmed post-production projects.

Daily tasks include:

• Identifying and connecting with film producers, agencies, and studios.
• Presenting FRAMEON’s post-production services (Editing, DI, Dolby, VFX).
• Managing quotations, negotiations, and client onboarding.
• Coordinating with the internal studio team to ensure seamless client delivery.
• Maintaining client relationships for repeat and referral business.

This role reports directly to the Founder & CEO

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong 

  New Business Development

   and 

  Lead Generation

   skills.
• Proven ability in 

  Account Management

   and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Excellent 

  communication and presentation

   skills (verbal & written).
• Strategic, confident, and performance-driven personality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field.
• Experience in 

  film, media, or post-production industry

   is a strong plus.
• Must be available to work 

  on-site at FRAMEON Studio, Salem.
