We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives (Female) who can communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and support the sales process. Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to explain products and services
• Answer basic customer queries related to company offerings
• Understand customer requirements and support the sales closure process
• Transfer qualified leads to the field sales team when required
• Maintain and update customer data in the system
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer concerns professionally to maintain service quality
• Keep records of calls, leads, sales, and customer interactions

Key Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills in English
• Basic knowledge of email drafting and MS Excel
• Ability to learn quickly and handle customer interactions confidently
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment
