Business Development Executive (BDE) – PCD Pharma

Location:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & onboard new distributors / franchise partners.
  • Generate leads & achieve sales targets.
  • Build & maintain relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockiests.
  • Ensure timely order booking, collections & partner support.
  • Promote company’s product portfolio & marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities & share market insights.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of PCD Pharma model & distribution network will be plus.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated & customer-focused.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / CRM).

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Business Administration preferred.


Salary:

  • As per industry standard
