What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with qualified inbound leads — no cold calling.
• Understand client requirements and consult them on tailored software solutions.
• Deliver product demos and assist in creating proposals and pricing plans.
• Collaborate with tech teams to shape client solutions.
• Track all interactions and updates in our CRM.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or client communication roles.
• Excellent English — both verbal and written.
• Passion for software, apps, or digital solutions.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

➕ Nice-to-Have:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Internship or freelance experience in sales, tech support, or marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of software development or SaaS.
