Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager – Mobile Accessories Location: [Delhi/sonipat] Experience Required: 2–5 years (Flexible based on role level) Industry: Mobile Accessories / Consumer Electronics / RetailJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and strategic partnerships in the mobile accessories & other product segment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners, and driving growth in the competitive mobile accessories market. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Expand the brand presence in online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and offline retail stores. Coordinate with the product and marketing teams to align business goals with product availability and campaigns. Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and partnership agreements. Regularly monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide forecasts. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the brand and source leads. Key Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Proven track record in business development/sales in the mobile accessories or electronics industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Knowledge of modern sales and marketing tools. Experience in working with e-commerce platforms and retail channels.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Experience:Experience working with brands in mobile accessories such as chargers, cables, earphones, power banks, etc.Exposure to regional distribution networks and modern trade.Existing relationships in the mobile or consumer electronics industry. Salary: Competitive + IncentivesReporting to: Head – Sales / Business Development Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
