Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected Business Development Executive who thrives on concept selling & content selling, someone who can pitch not just products, but ideas and stories that capture attention. Your role will focus on selling our digital IPs, driving brand partnerships, and marketing our content across platforms. You’ll also be the face of the company at industry events, conferences, and media gatherings, turning connections into collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of digital IPs, custom content solutions, and brand partnerships.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across agencies, media networks, and brands.
Actively promote and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Identify new business opportunities, pitch clients, and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, marketing) to develop customized proposals for clients.
Track market trends and competitive activities to inform business development strategy.
Create and execute growth plans to expand client portfolio and revenue streams.
Key Requirements
2-3 years of proven Business Development / Sales experience in Media, Digital Marketing, or Content Industry.
Strong existing relationships and connections across leading media & publication platforms, and industry event organizers/ networking hubs
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with client presentations, pitching, and building long-term partnerships.
Ability to represent the organization at networking events and industry platforms.
Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Familiarity with the digital content ecosystem and media landscape.
Preferred Background
Prior experience in business development roles in media agencies, digital content companies, or event companies.
Existing client portfolio across brands, agencies, and media houses is a strong advantage.
