About Us

Raiseque is a specialized healthcare digital marketing company helping doctors, clinics, and hospitals grow their online presence and patient inquiries using ethical, trust-based marketing strategies.

Business Development Executive


🔹 Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients: doctors, clinics, hospitals, labs, and physiotherapy centers.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups.
  • Present our services clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain CRM records and daily reporting.
  • Schedule meetings and assist in closing deals with the founder.
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare clients.
  • Meet monthly sales and outreach targets.


🎯 Monthly Targets

  • 80–100 qualified outreach contacts/day

    (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls)
  • 50–60 follow-ups/week

  • 10–15 meetings booked per month

  • 3–5 new client closures per month

    (depending on ticket size)

(You can adjust these later based on performance.)

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English/Hindi (Odia is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or healthcare industry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to handle client communication professionally.
  • Confident in sales conversations and follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.

💼 What We Offer

  • Fixed salary:

    ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

    (based on experience).
  • Performance-based incentives for each successful closure.
  • Training on the healthcare marketing ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, paid ads, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
