We are looking for a highly motivated and young professional to join our dynamic business development team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with two years’ experience in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
• Meet and exceed business targets and KPIs.
• Provide accurate information about products/services to clients.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly business development activities to the manager.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a must.
