Business Development Executive (Corporate Gifting & Events)

About the Role:

MVisionary is expanding its Corporate Gifting and Experiential Gifting vertical, and we’re on the lookout for a Business Development Executive who’s proactive, sharp, and excited to build relationships with top brands.

MVisionary is a creative-led marketing agency based in Delhi, offering 360° services — from Digital Marketing and Branding to Influencer Campaigns, Events, and Corporate Gifting. We’ve worked with leading brands like JK Cement, Shangri-la, Vardhman Amrante, Drape Story, Wellbeing Nutrition,  HK Vitals, Medanta, BenQ, Neuherbs, Leisure Hotels, and more.

Our Gifting & Events division specialises in curated hampers, employee engagement activities, client appreciation kits, and immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients for gifting and events
• Manage sales pipeline and follow-ups
• Work closely with the creative team to pitch concepts and proposals
• Maintain client relationships and close deals
• Track industry trends and competitor insights

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months to 1 year of sales/BD experience (preferably in gifting, events, or agency work)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable with targets, meetings, and CRM updates
• Someone who loves pitching creative ideas and building new connections
