Job Title: Business Development Executive Eligibility:• Relevant experience in sales within the related field• Experience in Architectural or Civil Industry• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development or a customer facing role• Bachelor’s degree in BE Civil OR B.Arch., with a strong willingness to pursue a career in sales within the same field Responsibilities: • Activity identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling and research• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders• Set up site visits with potential clients• Generate new accounts, set measurable objectives, and ensure alignment with customers’ needs• Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities Requirements: • Problem solving mind set• Ability to understand Customer requirement and fulfill them• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions• Self-motivated with result driven approach
