Key Responsibilities

Execute office space lease transactions with precision and professionalism
Develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with client business goals
Conduct market research, site selection, and site evaluation
Assist in drafting letters of intent, lease agreements, and approval documentation
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with builders and developers to identify new property opportunities
Connect with landowners to explore land use deals and partnerships
Engage with CEOs and founders to present office space options and grow business
Apply broking experience to close deals efficiently and effectively
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition to stay ahead and advise smartly
Uphold company values and lead by example in all client interactions

Eligibility

2-5 years of experience in real estate/ hospitality/ event management
