ROLE OVERVIEW:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    B2B & B2C sales

    by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    decision-makers

    (Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, CEOs, Founders, etc.) and B2C clients when required.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions across creative content, video production, digital marketing, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pitch decks, strategies, and presentations.
  • Manage sales pipelines, track performance, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent CK Creatives at meetings, events, and networking platforms.
  • Maintain structured CRM records, follow-up documentation, and sales reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and

    proficiency in B2B Sales is a must

    ; B2C sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong background in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within a creative, marketing, or advertising environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain creative, digital, and video production services with clarity and impact.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in a B2B or B2C-focused creative, digital marketing, or advertising sales role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Existing industry network and client contacts will be an added advantage.
