Job Title:

Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate leads in assigned territory.
Promote iron and steel products to builders, contractors, fabricators, and industries.
Visit client sites and industrial zones regularly for business development.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into orders.
Provide product information and technical details as needed.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of iron and steel products preferred
Field sales experience an advantage
Self-driven and results-oriented
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, Mobile apps)

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Any Degree (Diploma holders also considered)
Experience:
02 years (field sales or industrial product experience preferred)
Language:
Malayalam (must), English or Hindi (added advantage)
Bike:
Must with valid license
