Job Description

Role Overview

Responsible for driving growth in the corporate and institutional gifting segment by acquiring new clients, strengthening B2B relationships, and delivering premium, customized gifting solutions. The role demands strong sales capability, strategic thinking, and an understanding of design-led gifting.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire corporate clients across sectors such as FMCG, IT, hospitality, BFSI, real estate, and government institutions.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through research, networking, exhibitions, and referrals.
Develop and present customized gifting concepts, proposals, and product decks aligned with client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams design, production, logistics, and accounts to ensure seamless execution of bulk and custom orders.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to delivery and payment closure.
Maintain accurate client data, sales reports, and MIS dashboards.
Collaborate with marketing for corporate campaigns, festive launches, and partnerships.
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Ensure high client satisfaction, repeat business, and referral generation.

Number of new corporate accounts secured.
Revenue Growth:
Quarter-on-quarter B2B sales performance.
Relationship Management:
