Business Development Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing financial services organization. The role focuses on client relationship management, lead generation, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up with potential clients
• Achieve sales targets through effective communication, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support overall business growth
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
• Conduct outbound calls and telecalling activities efficiently

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in telecalling and client outreach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
