Brad Technology is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals, contributing directly to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Good communication skills with intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
