Key Responsibilities

• Bid on projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
• Write persuasive and customized proposals based on client requirements.
• Understand client needs and project scopes to submit accurate bids.
• Collaborate with the development team to prepare project plans and estimates.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the bidding process.
• Negotiate project terms and pricing for mutual benefit.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Stay updated with current trends and technologies in web and mobile app development.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1+ year of experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to understand client requirements and prepare competitive bids.
• Track record of winning and managing successful projects.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Comfortable working from the office (5 days a week).
