Business Development Executive (Bidder)

Location: Dehradun Office (On-site Only)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Bidder to join our team at our Dehradun office. This role is perfect for freshers who have good English communication skills and are eager to learn. You will be responsible for finding relevant projects, writing proposals, and communicating with clients on Upwork and other freelance platforms to support our business growth.

Responsibilities

• Search and identify potential projects on Upwork and similar platforms
• Write and submit clear, customized, and professional proposals
• Communicate with clients via chats, calls, and messages
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Maintain daily/weekly tracking of bids, responses, and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for project details when required
• Work towards meeting bidding, response, and conversion targets

Qualifications

• Freshers can apply
• Must be from Dehradun or willing to relocate (on-site only)
• Good spoken and written English
• Basic understanding of IT services (web development, apps, digital marketing, ERP/CRM) is an advantage
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to bidding strategies
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-focused
