Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Age Requirement: 25 – 30 years
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 years in Tele-Sales

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience in tele sales and product selling. The ideal candidate should be proficient in communication, client handling, and converting leads into sales while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
• Promote and sell company products through tele sales.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant product information.
• Maintain databases of calls and customer information.
• Follow up with leads and ensure successful conversion.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Draft professional emails and maintain proper communication with clients.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in Tele-Sales or related field.
• Strong knowledge of product selling techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email drafting.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Ability to manage client queries and handle calls efficiently.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Work Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Age: 25–30 years
• Must be presentable and possess good interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business Development Executive (BDE): 1 year (Preferred)
