Business Development Executive (BDE)

Business Development Executive – International Sales & Communication Unit Infotech is looking for a female Business Development Executive who can handle international communication with clients, convert inquiries into opportunities, and bring new projects to our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Communicate professionally with international clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings Understand client requirements and present suitable services/solutions from our portfolio Generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into projects Maintain and manage CRM records of interactions and project status Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and timelines Identify opportunities for business growth in international markets Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients Required Skills & Qualities: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (must) Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities Confidence in handling international calls and emails Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or related domains (training will be provided) Strong email etiquette and presentation skills Self-driven, well-organized, and proactive in follow-ups Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or any related field 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome) Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or Freelancer platforms is a plus Join Unit Infotech and be the face of our company to the world.
