We are looking for a skilled BDE , Fresher or 1-2 Years of Experience in lead generation and bidding on platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr to drive business growth.

📍 Location: Remote / Surat, India (onsite)

🕒 Timings: 4 hours/day

💼 Job Type: Part-Time (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
• Craft compelling proposals and submit competitive bids to attract and convert leads.
• Manage client communications, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align proposals with client needs.
• Maintain smooth communication between clients and the team for successful project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, networking, and bidding on freelance platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
• Prior experience in IT/software services is a plus.
• Prior experience in Software QA/Testing services is an added advantage.
