Job Description

Business Development Executive Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 2 to 4 years Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the US market. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings. Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring productivity and quality. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM. Meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in cold calling, preferably in the US market. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication, confidence, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a small team. Familiarity with sales tools like CRM, Calling systems. Schooling from the CBSE or ICSE board is preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
