Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database. Explain company services (e.g., visa assistance, immigration process, overseas job opportunities, etc.) clearly and confidently. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information. Follow up regularly with interested clients and ensure timely responses. Maintain call logs, update client records, and track communication in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets. Coordinate with sales and documentation teams for further processing. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude during all client interactions. Report daily performance and feedback to the supervisor.
