Role Overview As a BDE in the Admission Consultant domain, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through their MBA admission journey. You will work closely with students and parents, understanding their career goals, recommending the right programs/colleges, and driving successful admissions while meeting organizational targets. Key Responsibilities Generate, nurture, and convert leads for MBA admissions consulting. Counsel students and parents on college options, entrance exams, application processes, and program suitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring excellent client servicing. Collaborate with college partners and internal teams to ensure smooth admissions. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Maintain CRM records, follow up on inquiries, and provide timely updates. Support in webinars, events, and promotional activities for lead generation.
