Title: Business Development Executive – Banking & Finance Sector

Location: Gurgaon & Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our business expansion in the banking and finance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with regional offices and bank branches to secure work related to title search and property-related services. This role involves driving sales, developing a team, and ensuring consistent growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Expansion:

Identify and approach regional offices and bank branches to promote our services.

Secure contracts for title search and property-related work.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Earn incentives based on total sales performance.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with banking professionals and decision-makers.

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service requirements.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and manage a team to support business growth.

Motivate team members to achieve individual and collective goals.

Market Analysis:

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Provide insights to improve service offerings and market positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in banking/financial services.

Candidates with prior banking experience will be given preference.

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Knowledge of property-related documentation and title search processes is a plus.
