Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) Location: Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur (Work from Office) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 in-hand (based on experience and interview performance) Company: Eva (Outdoor Digital Marketing Solutions) About the Role: We are hiring a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team at Eva in Jaipur. This is a full-time, work-from-office position ideal for candidates based in Jaipur or Rajasthan with a strong local market understanding. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities for Eva’s digital marketing and outdoor display solutions. Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors in the local market. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive offerings. Pitch Eva’s screen advertising slots and other services to potential clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client support. Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of local market trends and customer behavior. Graduation or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in sales/marketing/business development (preferred but not mandatory). Must be based in Jaipur or Rajasthan.
