Business Development Executive (BDE) IT

The ideal candidate for this role should be familiar with Online Bidding Portals such as Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelance, Fever, and other platforms. You should be proactive in online bidding, conducting follow-ups, analyzing competition, and engaging in discussions with offshore clients. Your responsibilities will include generating business and writing proposals within the domains of PHP, Android, IOS, Web Designing, and Web Applications. In addition to the technical knowledge mentioned above, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with IT fluency. Proficiency in Proposal Writing, particularly after a thorough analysis of the client's requirements, is essential. Comfort with communication via email and Skype is required for engaging with clients effectively. Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers is crucial, along with the ability to identify new sales leads through online research, especially on social media platforms. You should have a strategic mindset to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives. Being creative and having problem-solving skills are valued assets for this role. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The salary range for this position is 10,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month.
