Business Development Executive (BDE IT)

You should be familiar with Online Bidding Portals such as Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelance, Fever etc., including newer platforms. You will be responsible for initiating online bidding, following up on leads, analyzing the competition, and engaging in discussions with offshore clients. Your primary tasks will include generating business and writing proposals. Proficiency in PHP, Android, iOS, Web Designing, and Web Applications is essential. Additionally, you must possess the ability to identify new sales leads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with IT fluency. You should excel in proposal writing by thoroughly analyzing client requirements. Comfort with email and Skype communication is necessary for engaging with clients. Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, researching organizations and individuals online, and identifying new leads are also part of the role. You will be involved in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, showcasing your creativity and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The salary ranges from 10,000.00 to 50,000.00 per month. Benefits include a flexible schedule and leave encashment.
