Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Pharma Tele caller with experience in Pharmaceutical Sales (PCD format) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client management, and supporting field sales teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential PCD distributors and franchise partners over the phone. 2. Product Promotion: Effectively communicate and launch new pharmaceutical products to existing and prospective clients. 3. Client Relationship Management: Handle existing clients, address their inquiries, and ensure smooth business operations. 4. Sales Coordination: Assist in planning field sales visits and preparing tour schedules for the sales force. 5. Order Processing & Follow-ups: Coordinate with clients regarding orders, payments, and stock availability. 6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in MS Office.
