Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities and focusing on projects related to mobile app development and e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, a strong understanding of our services, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create customized, compelling proposals that effectively showcase our strengths and how we address client requirements.

• Actively engage with potential clients to understand project needs, provide clarifications, and establish trust.

• Stay updated on trends in bidding strategies and client preferences to refine our approach.

• Work towards monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to revenue generation.

• Analyze the success of proposals and implement feedback to enhance future efforts.

• Identify and pursue opportunities with international clients to expand our global footprint.

• Consistently explore Upwork and other relevant platforms to find projects aligned with our expertise in mobile app development and e-commerce.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in BDE, preferably with a focus on mobile app and e-commerce projects.

• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and professionalism.

• Expertise: Familiarity with mobile app development and e-commerce industries.

• Advantage: International market experience is highly desirable.

• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
