Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executives to join our expanding team at Embrizon Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading EdTech organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and promoting our training and consulting services to students, professionals, and institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Engage with students, colleges, and professionals to promote company programs.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality.
• Basic understanding of marketing, lead generation, or sales process.
• Freshers or final-year students are encouraged to apply.

Benefits:

• ₹12,000 monthly salary.
• 50% salary increment after 6 months, followed by 30% every 6 months.
