Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM systems regularly. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools. Good organizational skills to follow up and handle multiple calls efficiently.
