Key Responsibilities: Conduct lead follow up calls to potential clients. Identify business needs and schedule appointments for further discussions. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information about our services. Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM systems regularly. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools. Good organizational skills to follow up and handle multiple calls efficiently.
