Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious female Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing institutional partnerships, connecting with colleges, and driving student engagement through MoUs and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and academic institutions for potential collaborations.
• Conduct meetings with principals, directors, and placement officers to present Route Academy’s programs.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers.
• Negotiate and finalize MoUs (Memorandums of Understanding) with institutions.
• Organize seminars, workshops, and awareness programs in partner colleges.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly outreach targets.
• Prepare and maintain records of visits, tie-ups, and business development activities.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Marketing/Business Administration preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Pleasant personality with confidence to interact with senior academicians.
• Willingness to travel for institutional visits when required.
• Prior experience in business development, admissions, or institutional sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
