Business Development Executive (BDE)

Cleantek is looking for a Business Development Executive. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The role also demands effective communication and collaboration with internal and external teams to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities :

• Identify and engage new potential customers through architects, consultants, interior decorators, real estate firms, and other corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive sales opportunities.
• Organize technical meetings like site meetings, engineering meets, contractor meets, and influencer meets to generate leads and build product awareness.
• Promote products by attending corporate events and seminars.
• Conduct regular client visits to generate new leads, manage presales samples, and Collaborate with builders, project managers, and QC managers to secure product approvals
• Maintain CRM records and ensure prompt lead follow-up
• Regularly follow up on payments and handle collections.
• Maintain a detailed record of all follow-up activities and outcomes.
• Prepare detailed specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) prior to site requirements for product applications as per client needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in any stream. MBA / PGDBA in marketing is a plus.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in B2B sales
• Anyone from construction or chemical or building material industry (preferred).
• Effective communication & ability to work independently and as part of a team
