Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our growing team as a Marketing Associate. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or candidates with limited marketing experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Generate and collect leads from Builders, Architects, Promoters, and Individual Customers
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and new opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design to support campaign execution
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and optimization recommendations
• Support branding and promotional activities across online and offline channels
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to do field coordination and lead collection activities

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
