Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of the interior design industry. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and digital channels. Meet potential clients and explain our interior design/turnkey solutions. Understand client requirements and coordinate with design team for proposals. Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Keep track of market trends and competitor activities. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong sales and client handling experience Basic knowledge of interior design industry (preferred) Target-oriented mindset Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
