1. Prior experience in the same domain liaison with customers and vendors, selling wedding
services, etc.
2. A minimum of 1 year in the above domain.
3.Well aware of Bangalore demographically or a local resident.
4. Knowledge of the local language, specifically Kannada, is preferred for better communication with customers.
5. Experience in wedding planning, venues, decorators, or related sectors would be a plus.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong selling skills would be a huge plus.
8. Needs to be customer-centric with a high degree of customer empathy.
1. Handle incoming customer enquiries via multiple channels, assist and lead to conversion.
2. Pro-actively reaching out to identified high intent customers who would need assistance in wedding planning services.
3. Understanding customer requirements and identify the most appropriate vendor suggestions.
4. Be able to reach and go beyond the set target in GMV and other metrics.
5. Cross sell different products and services.
