Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive specializing in B2B sales. The Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and nurturing professional relationships. Responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and ensuring effective communication with clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Collaboration with internal teams is also crucial for delivering tailored solutions to clients.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and cultivate new opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Business practices and Account Management for handling client relationships efficiently.
  • Strong Communication skills for building and maintaining professional relationships and conveying ideas clearly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Problem-solving abilities and capability to think strategically to address client needs.
