What we are looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic Fresher / Experienced Candidate to join our team in our Commercial Turnkey Interior industry. The Candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving business growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with an understanding of the Real Estate Corporate market and excellent leadership skills, negotiation skills, can be able to build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and building managers.

What you will do:

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue Corporate Fit-out for Office Spaces, Co-working, Retail Brands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including BDM's, Interior designers & Project Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.

Desired Profile:

  • Min. 00 to 01 Years of experience in (B2B Sales) (Preferred - Commercial Real Estate / Interior Fit-out.)
  • Must Have completed master's Preferred in Marketing / Real Estate.
  • Can gain understanding of commercial real estate markets and current trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client acquisition and relationship-building.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
