Job Description

Must-Have:

  • 1 to 7 years of experience in

    B2B IT Sales

    , with hands-on exposure to

    IT staffing

    and

    IT products/services

    .
  • Strong understanding of staffing lifecycle and IT infrastructure (cloud, networking, licensing, managed services).
  • Proven record of acquiring large clients, managing complex deals, and achieving targets.
  • Network across India & International enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • CRM usage (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and strong sales reporting hygiene.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling into MSP/VMS environments.
  • Prior experience with OEMs, system integrators, or enterprise solution providers.
  • Domain knowledge in BFSI, Captives, Manufacturing, or Healthcare verticals.
